UNM German Placement Test

Welcome to the University of New Mexico placement test in German, hosted by Northwestern University. From this site you can learn more about the resources you will need (a printout of how to make accents on your computer) before taking an online placement test. After you have completed your test, you can log-in to view your results.

	Before you begin your test, be sure to download (and print, if possible) an accent sheet!
	If available, you can log-in to the online system. (access requires a Login ID and password).
	Find postings of and links to language placement results, as they become available (access requires a Login ID and password)..

* The tests may be unavailable during periods of regularly scheduled maintenance between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. CDT, Saturday mornings. Outside of this period, unforeseen circumstances relating to system and network availability, or other technical issues may also preclude access to some or all of the tests.
